Overview

This surgery can be done for both medical and cosmetic purpose. Aim of surgery is to create a natural crease on the eyelid and make the eye look more charming in a way the client prefers. Through the surgery, conditions such as ptosis, eyelashes poking into eyes can be corrected together. Depending on patient's needs and suitability, appropriate incision method such as non-incisional, partial-incisional and incisional will be applied.

Process of procedure

• Design the shape of crease with doctor
• Local anesthesia with sedation
• Incision (non-incisional or partial or incisional) along the crease line
• Excessive fat or tissue is removed along with procedure
• Connect l the muscle lifting eyelid with skin
• Finish the surgery with delicate suture

Expected duration of hospital stay

• Generally the procedure takes about 30 minutes to an hour.
• Hospitalization is not required.

Post-operative care

• Apply ice pack for three days
• Recommended to wash face at least 4 days after surgery
• Do not rub the eyes
• Stitch removal in 5~7 days
